PREFACE. ix disa's commentary on this, too, is short. The present MS. goes to the end of his commentary. Avayavatippant (No. 20), by Jagadisa, contains his commentary on Raghunatha Siromani's Didhiti commentary on the chapter on Avayava of Tattvacintamani. Dravyasara samgraha, by Raghudeva (129), is a short treatise explaining the categories of the amalgamated Nyayavaisesika system of Navadvipa. Raghudeva was a pupil of Harirama Tarkavagisa. Paramarsadidhititika, by Gadadhara Bhattacarya (152), is a commentary on Raghunatha Siromani's commentary on the chapter of Paramarsa in the Anumana-khanda of the Tattvacintamani. Vatsyayanabhasyanuvyakhya (263), by Gangadhara Kaviraja of Murshidabad, composed in Sana or B.S 1292, that is, twenty five years ago, is a commentary on the Bhasya commentary of Vatsyayana on the Nyayasutras of Gotama. Sabdamaniprakasa (287), by Gopinatha, is a commentary on the 4 th part or Sabdakhanda of the Tattvacintamani. In
