WRITHE, rith, v. (S. writhan) to twist, to distort, to be distorted with agony - Ainth-
ná yi umethná", machorná marorná marorná utáná ya bigárná, akarná ankarná

WRONG, rong, n. (S. wrang) an injury, a violation of right, a trespass, error; a.
not right, not just, not fit or suitable, erroneous; ad. not rightly, amiss, errone-
ously; v. to injure, to treat unjustly - Zarar ziyan ya nuqsan, zabar dasti jafá yá
zulm, ziyadati ya tu'addi, khati ya galati; a. ná-durust yú ná-rást, ná-haqq be-já
be-insaf ma'ya ya gair-i-wajib, bar-aks ná-munasib ya nu-muwafiq. galat be-sihhat
ná-salih ya gair-i-sahih; ad. ná-durusti yá ná-rástí se, galati se, galatan khataan yá
sahwan; v. zarar ya nuqsan pahunchaná, zulm ta'addi ya be-insáfi - Apakár,
anyáy, aparádh, bhúl chúk bhram wá bhránti; a. anuchit, anyáyya anyáyí ayathá-

WRONG'ER, n. one who does wrong-Zálim, zulm-kár, ná-insif, muta'addi, zabar-dastí
ya jufá k. w., nuqsan k. w. - Apakárak, anyáyakárí, anyáyí.
WRONG FUL, a. injurious, unjust-Muzirr ya ziyan-kár, ná-haqq be-já yá be-insif-
Kshatikárak apakárak wá ahit, ayathányáy nyáyaviruddh wá anyáyya.
WRONG FUL-LY, ad. unjustly-Be-insafi se, be-já, ná-haqq-Ayathányáy, anyáy se.
WRONG LESS-LY, ad. without injustice - Bá-insáf, insaf ya haqq ke rá se - Yathányáy,
nyáy se.

pasand, ziddi, kaj-rau - Kutilasil, kutilaswabháv, vakrasil, kutilabuddhi, durbuddhi.
WROTE, rōt, p. t. of write-Write lá mázi-mutlaq- Write ká sámányabhút.
WROTH, ROTI, a. (S. wrath) very angry-Gazab-nák, qahr-nák, qahr-áládu, khashm-
gin, khashm-nák, niháyat khafa-Kopakul, kruddh, atikruddh, kopávisht, rosbávisht.
WROUGHT, rât, p. t. and p. p. of work; a. formed by work or labour-Work ká
mazi-mutlaq aur mázi-ma'túf-'alai-hi ya fi'l-i-ma'tif; a. kashida, sákhta, masnú'-
Work ká sámányabhút aur púrṇakriya wá púrvakálikakriyá; a. sanskrit, śram se
baná huá.
WRUNG, rung, p. t. and p. p. of wring - Wring ká mázi-mutlaq aur mází-ma'tif'alai-
hi ya fil-i-ma'tif-Wring ká sámányabhút aur púrṇakriyá wá púrvakálikakriyá.
WRY, ri, a. (S. writhan) twisted, distorted, perverted; v. to distort, to pervert, to be
distorted - Aintha ya terhá", marorá beirá ya machorá", bigárá yá ultáná huá";
v. ainthná marorná ya bigárná, uliáná terhá k. ya ulat-dh, mor-kháná ya ainth-jánáb.
WRY'NESS, n. the state of being wry-Terhái", terhá-panh.
WRY NĚCK, n. a bird, a distorted neck - Ek qism ki chiriyá, kaj-gardan-Ek bhánti
kí chiriyá, vakragrív wá terhí ghínch.

XY-LOG'RA-PHY, zi-log'ra-phy, n. (Gr. xulon, grapho) the art of engraving on wood
- Lakri par kanda gari ya qalam kari- Káth par khodkar múrten banáne kí śilpa-
vidyá.
