Somnath Temple is a remarkable temple comprising one of the Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva; located in Prabhas Kshetra near to Vervel of Sourashtra region lies on the west coast of Gujarat. Temple stands as an emblem of cultural heritage of India in Hindu origin and that has intimate connection with Rig Vedic scriptures as protectors of Moon God.
