You resist the motion of all, you create melancholy and turn all in lunacy. Please accept obeisance. You are in form of death to all and you also are conqueror of death. You excite all. You are saviour of all worlds, endow life to all, create everything, administrator of day and night and powerful to move from a river to river, from a country to all other countries, islands, and throughout the world. You are present at all places. You regularly appear and laminate the heart by perpetual inspirations (vibrations). You dwell in all hearts. You are in the form of speeches known as Parā, Paśyantī, Madhyamā and Vaikharī etc. You hold all elements all learning, you are the supreme power and worshipped by all gods. You are prayed by Vaśiṣṭa and worshipped by the saint Viśvāmitra. You are repeatedly saluted.
