The ways of appeasement of the following Devatas with fierce aspects are listed in Isanasivagurudeva-paddhati. The Mantras and Dhyanas and other Kriyas are also recommended for exorcising each of these evil spirits. The Devatas to be propitiated are Aghorastra, Vyomavyapi, Sulini, Vanadurga, Sudarsana, Nrsimha, and Khadgaravana. Two more Dhyanaslokas, one pertaining to Pasupati 190 and the other to Khadgaravana, are also given by the author.
