Yoga Upanishads
Some of the minor Upanisads such as Yogakundali Upanisad, Yoga Chudamani-upanishad, Yogatattvopanishad, and Yogarajopanishad as a whole depict the doctrines of Yoga, especially the practices. According to this Upanisad, there are only six limbs of Yoga viz., asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi. ยท151 Yogatattvopanisad: It has 142 mantras. It deals with different types of Yogas such as layayoga, hathayoga, and rajayoga. Yogarajopanisad: It is comparatively a small Upanisad. It consists of only 21 mantras.
