Reaching to this stage of Doctoral thesis was not easy. There were stages in the process of this research when I was confused, excited, stressed and overburdened. Nevertheless, I was able to overcome them and endure in my search with the support and encouragement of many who have directly or indirectly extended their hands to me. Thanks to each and every of them who journeyed with me all along this effort either visibly or invisibly.

I remember with utmost gratitude Dr. K.G Kumary, my supervisor and guide for her unassuming and valuable support. It was her selfless guidance, timely corrections and words of appreciation that motivated me to endure and complete the thesis.
