यदि भक्तिर् भवेद् एषां कृष्णे सर्वेश्वरेश्वरे
तदाधिकारिणः सर्वे नान्यथा मुनि-सत्तमाः

yadi bhaktir bhaved eṣāṃ kṛṣṇe sarveśvareśvare
tadādhikāriṇaḥ sarve nānyathā muni-sattamāḥ

English translation of verse:

Anyone who has devotion for Lord Kṛṣṇa, the master of all masters, is eligible to chant these mantras, but they who have no devotion, even they may be the greatest of sages, are not eligible.
