Verse 7.213.20

कचनाकचनं सर्गक्षयात्मास्य निजं वपुः ।
व्योमात्म शुक्लकृष्णं स्याद्यथावयविनो वपुः ॥ २० ॥

kacanākacanaṃ sargakṣayātmāsya nijaṃ vapuḥ |
vyomātma śuklakṛṣṇaṃ syādyathāvayavino vapuḥ || 20 ||

The incorporeal Brahma like all corporeal bodies, presents both a fair as well as a dark complexion (the one being his clear or intellectual form seen by the clear sighted, and the other his hazy figure viewed by gross understandings). He also discloses himself some times and closes at another, which cause the creation and annihilation of the world.
