The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ब्रह्मविष्ण्विन्द्ररुद्राद्या ये हि कारणकारणम् ।
तेषामप्यतिकल्पान्ते नामापीह न विद्यते ॥ ८ ॥

brahmaviṣṇvindrarudrādyā ye hi kāraṇakāraṇam |
teṣāmapyatikalpānte nāmāpīha na vidyate || 8 ||

The gods Brahma, Vishnu, Indra, Rudra and others, that are the prime causes of the causal agencies of this world, do all become extinct at the end of the world, and there remains no vestige of them at last.
