The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.210.41

यथानुभूतं यत्तत्तत्तथा नामानुभूयते ।
तत्सत्यमस्त्वसत्यं वा यावल्लाभं तथा नु तत् ॥ ४१ ॥

yathānubhūtaṃ yattattattathā nāmānubhūyate |
tatsatyamastvasatyaṃ vā yāvallābhaṃ tathā nu tat || 41 ||

Everything appears to one in the some light, as he is accustomed to view and take it for; and whether this object of his faith is a true or false one, it appears just the same to any body as he is wont to believe it.
