ब्राह्मे संकल्पनगरे यद्यत्संकल्पितं यथा ।
तथानुभूयते तत्तत्त्वत्संकल्पपुरे यथा ॥ २१ ॥

brāhme saṃkalpanagare yadyatsaṃkalpitaṃ yathā |
tathānubhūyate tattattvatsaṃkalpapure yathā || 21 ||

Whatever is imagined in the imaginary city of Brahma, the same is conceived as existent in reality; as you conceive the objects of your desire or fancy, to be present before you in actuality.
