The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ससभोत्थानसमयः ससंरम्भो व्यराजत ।
जानुदघ्नसुरोन्मुक्तपुष्पसंजातकर्दमः ॥ ३० ॥

sasabhotthānasamayaḥ sasaṃrambho vyarājata |
jānudaghnasuronmuktapuṣpasaṃjātakardamaḥ || 30 ||

The rising of the assembly and its people, was attended with a rumbling noise, as it is heard in the treading of men, over a bog of knee deep mud and mire.
