The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पुष्पवर्षसुधाधौतं रटद्भूतसुघुंघुमम् ।
समतां सदनेनागात् ध्मातशङ्खशतेन खम् ॥ १४ ॥

samatāṃ sadanenāgāt dhmātaśaṅkhaśatena kham || 14 ||

The showers of flowers and drizzling rain drops, with their hissing sounds, made the royal palace an appearance of festivity.
