The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

प्रामाणिकविचारेण प्रेक्षितं यन्न लभ्यते ।
तदेतदसदेवादि तत्तर्ह्यनुभवो भ्रमः ॥ १६ ॥

prāmāṇikavicāreṇa prekṣitaṃ yanna labhyate |
tadetadasadevādi tattarhyanubhavo bhramaḥ || 16 ||

It is evident by rational reasoning, that whatever is invisible and imperceptible to us, the same is called as asat or not being, and the conception of idea or that is termed an error.
