Verse 7.186.46

स्वप्नसंकल्पसंसारवरशापदृशामिह ।
सरोब्धिसरिदम्बूनामिवान्यत्वं न वाथवा ॥ ४६ ॥

svapnasaṃkalpasaṃsāravaraśāpadṛśāmiha |
sarobdhisaridambūnāmivānyatvaṃ na vāthavā || 46 ||

There is no difference between the phenomenal and noumenal worlds, as there [is] none between those in our dream and imagination. They are in fact, the one and same thing, as the identity of the waters, contained in tanks, rivers and seas, and between the curse and blessing of gods.
