The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.185.26

गृहेऽन्तः संभवत्येव सप्तद्वीपा वसुंधरा ।
गेहं च शून्यमेवास्ते सत्यमेतदसंशयम् ॥ २६ ॥

gṛhe'ntaḥ saṃbhavatyeva saptadvīpā vasuṃdharā |
gehaṃ ca śūnyamevāste satyametadasaṃśayam || 26 ||

It is possible also for a little room, to contain the seven continents of the earth (in its map or picture); though the room itself is no more than a mere empty space.
