The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.184.42

चित्प्रसादेन संकल्पस्वप्नाद्यद्यानुभूयते ।
शुद्धं चिद्व्योम संकल्पपुरं मा स्मर्यतां कथम् ॥ ४२ ॥

citprasādena saṃkalpasvapnādyadyānubhūyate |
śuddhaṃ cidvyoma saṃkalpapuraṃ mā smaryatāṃ katham || 42 ||

It is the clearness of the intellect, which represents the imaginary world in the manner of a dream; but the pure vacuous intellect, neither sees nor bears the remembrance of the world in itself.
