The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

व्रजतैतदपेक्षत्वं यावन्नेष्टावपि क्षणात् ।
चिरं चिराय सदने सप्तद्वीपेश्वराः स्थिताः ॥ ४६ ॥

vrajataitadapekṣatvaṃ yāvanneṣṭāvapi kṣaṇāt |
ciraṃ cirāya sadane saptadvīpeśvarāḥ sthitāḥ || 46 ||

Now do you retire from this place with full assurance in yourselves, that the delivered ghosts of these brothers; will never quit nor ever depart from their present abodes after their demise; but continue to reside there forever more; with the belief of their being the Lords of the seven regions of this earth.
