The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आनन्दमन्थरोवाच वचनं मृदुभाषिणी ।
आकाशसंस्थितां देवीं मयूरीवाभ्रमालिकाम् ॥ ३४ ॥

ānandamantharovāca vacanaṃ mṛdubhāṣiṇī |
ākāśasaṃsthitāṃ devīṃ mayūrīvābhramālikām || 34 ||

The reserved and close tongued damsel, uttered her words in a slow flattering voice flushed with joy; and addressed the heavenly goddess, as the peahen accosts the rising cloud.
