The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

हारीतहंसशुककोकिलकोककाकचक्राह्वभासकलविङ्ककुलाकुलाङ्गम् ।
भेरुण्डकुक्कुटकपिञ्जलहेमचूडराढामयूरबककल्पितकेलिरम्यम् ॥ ३५ ॥
hārītahaṃsaśukakokilakokakākacakrāhvabhāsakalaviṅkakulākulāṅgam |
bheruṇḍakukkuṭakapiñjalahemacūḍarāḍhāmayūrabakakalpitakeliramyam || 35 ||
Here were brooks frequented by cranes and herons, and aquatic birds of various kinds; and there spacious lawns on the ground, graced by cocks and peacocks, and land birds of various hues.
