इह सप्रतिघानां तु दृष्टमन्योन्यवेल्लनम् ।
न त्वप्रतिघरूपाणां केषांचिदपि किंचन ॥ ३ ॥

iha sapratighānāṃ tu dṛṣṭamanyonyavellanam |
na tvapratigharūpāṇāṃ keṣāṃcidapi kiṃcana || 3 ||

Here we see always the dashing of one solid body against another; but know nothing of the movement of subtile bodies, or of their coming in contact with another.
