The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स्वानुभूयत एवेयं भ्रान्तिः स्वप्नजगत्स्विव ।
कारणं त्वनुमासाध्यं क्वानुमाऽनुभवाधिका ॥ ८ ॥

svānubhūyata eveyaṃ bhrāntiḥ svapnajagatsviva |
kāraṇaṃ tvanumāsādhyaṃ kvānumā'nubhavādhikā || 8 ||

When guessing knowledge is no better than a dream of the world; so ocular authority is more strong than inocular one.
