The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चन्द्रलेखेव लोकस्य दृष्ट्यैवाह्लाददायिनी ।
अविनाभाविनी भार्या मुदितास्यानुरागिणी ॥ २३ ॥

candralekheva lokasya dṛṣṭyaivāhlādadāyinī |
avinābhāvinī bhāryā muditāsyānurāgiṇī || 23 ||

His wife is named Chandra-lekha, who is like a digit of the moon in her appearance, and whose very sight delights the eyes; she is his constant companion, always loving to him and content in herself.
