यस्य सर्वे समारम्भाः कामसंकल्पवर्जिताः ।
यथाप्राप्तं विहरतः स विश्रान्त इति स्मृतः ॥ ९ ॥

yasya sarve samārambhāḥ kāmasaṃkalpavarjitāḥ |
yathāprāptaṃ viharataḥ sa viśrānta iti smṛtaḥ || 9 ||

He is known to have his quiescence, whose activities are all without any aim or expectation; and he goes on and lives content, with whatever he gets and offers itself to his lot.
