Yoga Vasistha [sanskrit]

223,437 words | ISBN-10: 8171101519

The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.167.2

कदाचनापि नामाङ्ग संभवन्ति न काश्चन ।
शान्तमव्यपदेश्यात्मा ज्ञ आस्तेऽस्तङ्गतेङ्गनः ॥ २ ॥

kadācanāpi nāmāṅga saṃbhavanti na kāścana |
śāntamavyapadeśyātmā jña āste'staṅgateṅganaḥ || 2 ||

These different words do not disturb the mind of the spiritualist, whose soul is at rest in the Supreme spirit, and who pays no regard to the use of words.
