The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मनोराज्यमिवासत्यं लोलं लम्बाम्बुबिन्दुवत् ।
द्वाभ्यामित्यनुभूतिभ्यां यदसत्तत्र कात्मता ॥ १२ ॥

manorājyamivāsatyaṃ lolaṃ lambāmbubinduvat |
dvābhyāmityanubhūtibhyāṃ yadasattatra kātmatā || 12 ||

The world is as unreal as an imaginary city, and as false as a string of rain drops;why then do you rely in an unreality, which is palpable from the testimonies; of both the ignorant and knowing men.
