The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

द्रवस्थितिमिता यद्वत्सरिद्वारिणि वीचयः ।
चितौ स्थितिमितास्तद्वच्चेतनात्सर्गवीचयः ॥ ८ ॥

dravasthitimitā yadvatsaridvāriṇi vīcayaḥ |
citau sthitimitāstadvaccetanātsargavīcayaḥ || 8 ||

As the liquid waters in a river, rise incessantly in restless waves; so the rolling worlds, push forward into being, in the vast expanse of the Divine Mind.
