The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

दरीगृहविनिष्क्रान्तसिंहनिर्ह्रादतर्जितैः ।
स्फुटैश्चटचटास्फोटैर्जडीकृतदिगन्तरः ॥ ४४ ॥

darīgṛhaviniṣkrāntasiṃhanirhrādatarjitaiḥ |
sphuṭaiścaṭacaṭāsphoṭairjaḍīkṛtadigantaraḥ || 44 ||

Wild animals issuing out of their caves and caverns, sent forth horrid yells and growling abroad; and the bursting sparks filled the horizon.
