The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भविष्यत्यपरोऽन्यासां विराडात्मा स एव च ।
कारणं सुखदुःखानां भावाभावात्मकर्मणाम् ॥ १९ ॥
bhaviṣyatyaparo'nyāsāṃ virāḍātmā sa eva ca |
kāraṇaṃ sukhaduḥkhānāṃ bhāvābhāvātmakarmaṇām || 19 ||
There will be other living beings in future, with the virajan soul pervading in all of them, and causing their weal or woe according to their desires.
