The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तथा मम च तत्रस्थविस्मृतात्मचमत्कृतेः ।
अभ्यवर्तत वै कालो ऋतुसंवत्सरात्मकः ॥ ३ ॥

tathā mama ca tatrasthavismṛtātmacamatkṛteḥ |
abhyavartata vai kālo ṛtusaṃvatsarātmakaḥ || 3 ||

As I remained there in that forgetful state of my transformation, I saw the course of time gliding upon me, with its train of months, seasons and years, passing imperceptibly by me.
