The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मृदन्तःकीटकणवच्छिलान्तर्गतभेकवत् ।
गर्भस्थापक्वशिशुवत्फलान्तर्गतबीजवत् ॥ ५१ ॥

mṛdantaḥkīṭakaṇavacchilāntargatabhekavat |
garbhasthāpakvaśiśuvatphalāntargatabījavat || 51 ||

Silence reigned there like worm underneath the earth, and frog underneath a stone, boy within the belly, and the seed within the fruit.
