The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.145.15

पुष्पप्रकरसंछन्ना विश्रान्तहरिणाध्वगाः ।
स्निग्धपत्रतरुच्छायाः पुरोपवनभूमिकाः ॥ १५ ॥

puṣpaprakarasaṃchannā viśrāntahariṇādhvagāḥ |
snigdhapatratarucchāyāḥ puropavanabhūmikāḥ || 15 ||

The woodlands were seen to be overspread with flowers, and resorted to by droves of deer and the weary traveller; that halted under the cooling umbrage of the thickening foliage of the forest, and were soothed by soft breezes of the sylvan spot.
