The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एकं प्रबोधतः सर्वे चिन्मात्रं तावदात्मखम् ।
तदेवानेकसंवित्त्या सहस्रं चिज्जडात्मनाम् ॥ ५७ ॥

ekaṃ prabodhataḥ sarve cinmātraṃ tāvadātmakham |
tadevānekasaṃvittyā sahasraṃ cijjaḍātmanām || 57 ||

Being rightly understood, all things are but forms of the one intellect, and equally void as itself, and this appears in a thousand shapes to the understanding of gross instincts.
