The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सीत्कारमतिगम्भीरं दधन्मेघरवोपमम् ।
जगत्पदार्थैरावृत्तैरुह्यमानैः परावृतः ॥ ४ ॥

sītkāramatigambhīraṃ dadhanmegharavopamam |
jagatpadārthairāvṛttairuhyamānaiḥ parāvṛtaḥ || 4 ||

It howled and growled aloud like the roaring of clouds on high; and blew fiercely all along, bearing down and carrying away every thing before it.
