स्मृतवानात्मवृत्तान्तं यस्याहमुदरे स्थितः ।
तं विराडपमाशङ्क्य तस्मान्निर्गन्तुमुद्यतः ॥ ४९ ॥

smṛtavānātmavṛttāntaṃ yasyāhamudare sthitaḥ |
taṃ virāḍapamāśaṅkya tasmānnirgantumudyataḥ || 49 ||

I fixed my attention to my consciousness, and remained settled at my station without changing its spot; and then breathed out with his breath, as the fragrance of flowers accompanies the wind.
