The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

दर्पोत्सिक्ततया तत्र कस्यचित्स महामुनेः ।
यदा मृदितवानासीदाश्रमं शर्मभाजनम् ॥ ११ ॥

darpotsiktatayā tatra kasyacitsa mahāmuneḥ |
yadā mṛditavānāsīdāśramaṃ śarmabhājanam || 11 ||

Being elated with giddiness, he entered once into the holy hermitage of a sage, and destroyed and defiled the sacred asylum in his rage.
