The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जय देव त्वमस्माकं प्रतिजन्म परायणम् ।
अकाल एव कल्पान्तो जातोऽतः पाहि मां प्रभो ॥ १० ॥
jaya deva tvamasmākaṃ pratijanma parāyaṇam |
akāla eva kalpānto jāto'taḥ pāhi māṃ prabho || 10 ||
I then addressed the god, saying: be victorious, O my lord and adored one in repeated births; save me from this untimely desolation, which is now impending on all.
