The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तस्मिन्मया विहरता हृदयस्थमर्थमन्वेष्टुमक्षि निहितं ककुभां मुखेषु ।
पश्यामि यावदचलप्रतिमा धरायां छायालिजालमलिना परिबंभ्रमीति ॥ ३ ॥

tasminmayā viharatā hṛdayasthamarthamanveṣṭumakṣi nihitaṃ kakubhāṃ mukheṣu |
paśyāmi yāvadacalapratimā dharāyāṃ chāyālijālamalinā paribaṃbhramīti || 3 ||

As I saw rambling in that sphere, in search of the object that I have in my heart, and looking to all sides of the void; I saw a huge and unmoving shadow, like that of a body of locusts spread over the earth.
