The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अस्मिन्नवसरे तत्र राज्ञः पार्श्वे व्यवस्थितः ।
प्रसङ्गपतितं वाक्यं विश्वामित्रोऽभ्युवाच ह ॥ २ ॥

asminnavasare tatra rājñaḥ pārśve vyavasthitaḥ |
prasaṅgapatitaṃ vākyaṃ viśvāmitro'bhyuvāca ha || 2 ||
