The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.125.25

बोधाबोधदृशोर्मध्ये ते हि दोलायिताः स्थिताः ।
मोक्षचिह्नानि दृश्यन्ते बन्धचिह्नानि चाभितः ॥ २५ ॥

bodhābodhadṛśormadhye te hi dolāyitāḥ sthitāḥ |
mokṣacihnāni dṛśyante bandhacihnāni cābhitaḥ || 25 ||

They bore upon them the marks of both at once, namely of the one by their discretion and discernment, and of the other by the passions and affections of their minds, that led them to the two different ways of liberation as well as of bondage.
