The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तरङ्गजालेषु पदानि कृत्वा पृष्ठे स्थलस्येव जलस्य चान्तः ।
चत्वार एकैकतयैव युक्ता भृशं वियुक्ता निजसेनया ते ॥ ५ ॥

taraṅgajāleṣu padāni kṛtvā pṛṣṭhe sthalasyeva jalasya cāntaḥ |
catvāra ekaikatayaiva yuktā bhṛśaṃ viyuktā nijasenayā te || 5 ||

They walked on foot upon the waters, as if they were walking upon the surface of the ground, and all the four bodies of the quadruple king, now met together in one place, and immediately afterwards they separated apart with all their forces.
