The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आसमुद्रं नदीवाहा इव दूरादुपागताः ।
इदं संपादयामासुर्विस्मयाकुलचेतसः ॥ ५ ॥

āsamudraṃ nadīvāhā iva dūrādupāgatāḥ |
idaṃ saṃpādayāmāsurvismayākulacetasaḥ || 5 ||

They were amazed to think in themselves, how insensibly they were led to so great a distance in so short a space of time, and to meet the ocean like currents of rivers falling into it.
