The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तत्राहं तैः कमलवदने बाष्पपूर्णाक्षिपक्षैर्न्यस्तः कैश्चिच्चितिशयनके बद्धलोकालिलेखे ।
धूमोद्गाराविरलजटिले मस्तके मत्तमृत्योश्चूडारत्नोत्तम इव कलामात्रदृश्येऽग्निहेम्नि ॥ १० ॥

tatrāhaṃ taiḥ kamalavadane bāṣpapūrṇākṣipakṣairnyastaḥ kaiściccitiśayanake baddhalokālilekhe |
dhūmodgārāviralajaṭile mastake mattamṛtyoścūḍāratnottama iva kalāmātradṛśye'gnihemni || 10 ||

There, O my lotus eyed love, I was laid on the pile by some persons with their weeping eyes; and the pyre was surrounded by a number of men, who stood as spectators of the horrible sight.
