The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

हिमवत्कन्दरोद्गीर्णा वल्लीवलयताण्डवम् ।
तन्वाना वायवो यान्ति विभिन्नाब्दाब्धिवीचयः ॥ २८ ॥

himavatkandarodgīrṇā vallīvalayatāṇḍavam |
tanvānā vāyavo yānti vibhinnābdābdhivīcayaḥ || 28 ||

The winds issuing from the valleys of Himalaya mountains, and passing through the encircling bowers of creeping plants, are scattering the clouds of heaven, and breaking the breakers of the sea.
