The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.114.10

चन्दनारूषितः श्रीमाञ्जेतुं जलधिवेल्लनाः ।
समुद्यत इवोच्चोऽसौ मल्लो मलयपर्वतः ॥ १० ॥

candanārūṣitaḥ śrīmāñjetuṃ jaladhivellanāḥ |
samudyata ivocco'sau mallo malayaparvataḥ || 10 ||

There the enraged Malaya mount lifts his lofty head, decorated with forests of the sandalwood; and threatens the loud ocean below, rolling with its outstretched arms of the waves on the shore.
