The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वहत्स्विन्नबृहच्छिन्नपताकाकेतुपादपः ।
मरीचिपुष्पशबलविलोलासिलतावनः ॥ ३२ ॥

vahatsvinnabṛhacchinnapatākāketupādapaḥ |
marīcipuṣpaśabalavilolāsilatāvanaḥ || 32 ||

The lofty flags and their posts, were torn and broken and hurled down as large trees by storm; and the forest of uplifted swords were broken to pieces, and scattered like the petals of mariche flowers over the ground.
