The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.109.36

समारोहन्ति ते यस्मिन्पुंसि नागे रथे हये ।
सर्वेषामरिदोषाणां नैव गम्यो भवत्यसौ ॥ ३६ ॥

samārohanti te yasminpuṃsi nāge rathe haye |
sarveṣāmaridoṣāṇāṃ naiva gamyo bhavatyasau || 36 ||

They rode also on elephants and steeds, and mounted on their war-cars and other vehicles in their warfare; and were alike impregnable by the arms of the enemy, both themselves as well as the vehicles they rode upon.
