The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जाग्रत्सुषुप्तमेवेदं शिलाजठरमेव वा ।
आकाशमेव वा शून्यं जगत्त्वेन च नोज्झितम् ॥ २ ॥

jāgratsuṣuptamevedaṃ śilājaṭharameva vā |
ākāśameva vā śūnyaṃ jagattvena ca nojjhitam || 2 ||

It feigns itself as asleep while it is waking, and views the world either as a solid stone, or as a void as the empty air.
