The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

विद्याधराश्च विद्यानामाधारत्वेन मोहिताः ।
स्फुरितानामुदाराणामपि कुर्वन्ति नादरम् ॥ ३० ॥

vidyādharāśca vidyānāmādhāratvena mohitāḥ |
sphuritānāmudārāṇāmapi kurvanti nādaram || 30 ||

The Vidyadharas are mad with their knowledge (of arts, of sciences);and do not hold in esteem the esoteric and grand science of divinity for their salvation.
